Kristy Biswas
Director of Office-Based Procedures
Kristy Biswas is a Registered Nurse with several years of operating room experience in the fields of Urology & High-Risk Obstetrics. Prior to joining IMP, Ms. Biswas served as Nurse Manager and Privacy Compliance Officer for Allied Metro Medical in New York. In addition to her management & clinical experience, she has expertise in Healthcare Compliance, and serves as the Compliance Officer for IMP. Ms. Biswas is responsible for facilitating & maintaining AAAASF standards for accreditation, and establishing and supervising the IMP Office Based Procedures sites.
Ms. Biswas received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Carlow University in Pittsburgh, PA and her Master of Arts in Healthcare Administration from Teacher's College, Columbia University. She is a longstanding member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Organization of Nurse Executives (AONE), New York Organization of Nurse Executives (NYONE), American Academy of Ambulatory Care Nurses (AAACN), the American Nurses Association (ANA), and the Healthcare Compliance Association (HCCA).
