Elizabeth Marano, MSN, RN

Director of Operations

Elizabeth Marano was the Office Manager for one of the original urology practices that joined IMP in 2006. Ms. Marano has been a urology nurse for over 28 years and has expertise in physician office-based practice, policy and procedure, workflow analysis and implementation processes. She also has experience in nursing informatics and administration. She was part of the original team that helped IMP implement the conversion to electronic medical records and was integral in the staff training for this transition.

Ms. Marano has a B.S.N. from Molloy University and a master’s in nursing administration and informatics. Ms. Marano manages the divisional office managers for the company and is responsible for staffing adherence to company policy and procedure. Workflow implementation in the offices also falls under her purview.
